The previous Drupal CMS was difficult for the EUFOREA team to manage, limiting content updates. Additionally, the outdated website design resulted in lower engagement and usability, while multilingual content management was inefficient, making global accessibility challenging. Performance issues caused slow loading times and poor responsiveness, and security vulnerabilities, along with outdated compliance measures, needed to be addressed.
