ISVAG needed a solution to spend less time managing contractor registrations and safety checks while simultaneously improving safety. Agifly was asked to apply its expertise in design and development, with a focus on registration, safety, and operational oversight. Transitioning to a digital contractor management system posed challenges, but ISVAG recognized that this was crucial for improving safety and efficiency. Agifly ensured the entire transition was smooth and secure, both technologically and in alignment with various internal stakeholders. By closely collaborating with ISVAG during interactive workshops, we mapped out each step of the contractor tasks, from pre-arrival safety tests to on-site monitoring, ensuring seamless adoption of the new system.

Seamless connection with ANPR cameras and physical safety barriers, ensuring automated access control based on each user’s safety status.
🖥️ On-Site Interactive Kiosk
A self-service kiosk allowing contractors who didn’t complete the test online to finalise their safety training directly at the site entrance.
🎫 QR Code Badge Printer
Automatic QR code printing at the site entrance for users needing immediate access after completing their tests on-site.
🌐 Multi-Language Support (9 Languages)
A fully multilingual backoffice and user experience, enabling ISVAG to serve diverse contractors in nine different languages.
Impact
