Challenge
Wallonie Entreprendre needed a modern digital solution to centralise business transfer opportunities and provide a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers. Existing processes were scattered, manual, and lacked visibility — making it difficult for entrepreneurs to navigate the complexity of buying or selling a company.
The new platform had to:
- Allow sellers and experts to create rich profiles and list companies for sale
- Enable buyers and their advisors to search, filter, and identify relevant opportunities
- Offer powerful matching tools across industries, sizes, locations, and acquisition criteria
- Provide a secure and trustworthy environment for sensitive business information
- Integrate payments and ensure a smooth onboarding process
Working closely with the Wallonie Entreprendre teams, we adopted a fully co-creation-driven approach throughout the project. Workshops with business experts, technical stakeholders, and field operators allowed us to translate complex processes into a simple and intuitive digital experience.
Thanks to continuous feedback loops and transparency at every stage, the platform evolved efficiently from concept to a secure, scalable solution supporting the entire business transfer journey.
