Challenge
Ixelles wanted to revitalise its cultural communication with a platform that was both visually engaging and extremely easy to use. The objective was clear: allow citizens to quickly find events that match their interests — by date, theme, or location — while ensuring that the municipal team could manage the content without technical complexity.
The existing tools did not offer the flexibility or smooth experience needed. The new platform had to be simple, accessible, and aligned with the municipality’s visual identity, all within a lightweight and efficient WordPress setup.
KultXL strengthens the link between the municipality and its citizens by making cultural information more accessible. The platform supports local initiatives, increases event visibility, and contributes to a more connected community.
