Cities and energy stakeholders face increasing pressure to accelerate residential renovation, yet homeowners often struggle to understand where to start, what to renovate, and how much it will cost.
AGC needed a digital tool that could:
- Allow citizens to identify their property through official datasets and open data
- Provide accurate renovation scenarios to reach EPC A or B
- Estimate savings, costs, subsidies, and financing options
- Adapt to different calculation engines and methodologies
- Support an end-to-end workflow from simulation to audit request and offer acceptance
- Offer a flexible back-office for AGC teams to manage content and follow up on renovation requests
La collaboration avec l’équipe de développement d’Agifly a permis de créer un site web « Table de Terroir » à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les fonctionnalités telles que la gestion des pages propres à chaque restaurant et la géolocalisation facilitent notre travail et celui des restaurateurs.
